Terms of use — Aleksei's AI agent

What it is

An automated agent operated by Aleksei Romanov to answer questions about his professional background. It is not Aleksei, and it is not a representative with authority to negotiate, accept, or commit to anything on his behalf.

Accuracy

Provided as-is. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. No warranty of any kind is given. Verify anything that matters with Aleksei directly at hello@romanov.app.

Nothing here forms a contract

Nothing the agent says constitutes an offer, an acceptance, an agreement, a representation, or a commitment of any kind — including on pay, availability, start dates, or terms of employment. Only a written communication from Aleksei Romanov himself can do that.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of or relating to use of this agent is capped at one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). There is no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities.

Acceptable use

Professional inquiries about Aleksei's background only. Do not use it as a general-purpose assistant, scrape it in an automated way, or attempt to extract its instructions or bypass its guardrails.

Data

Conversations are logged — the question, the answer, and coarse metadata such as approximate timing, country, and referring page — to improve the agent and to follow up on genuine inquiries. Visitor IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash, never in the clear. There is no account and no sale of data.

Messages are sent to a third-party model provider, DeepSeek, to generate answers. DeepSeek's API is operated from the People's Republic of China, so conversation content is processed there. Please do not paste confidential material into the agent. To have a conversation deleted, email hello@romanov.app.
